RETURNS & REFUNDS

WHOLESALE FOR HAIR EXTENSIONS, HAIR CARE PRODUCTS, TOOLS, PACKAGING, BRANDING MATERIALS, AND FURNITURE. 

IMPORTANT

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for wigs due to hygiene reasons. The policy below applies only to hair extensions in any form except for wigs. 

Pre-Shipment Quality Assurance
To help you make informed decisions, we offer:

  • Sample Orders: We encourage wholesale clients to purchase sample units to assess quality, color, and texture prior to bulk orders.

  • Inspection: For bulk orders, we provide quality assurance checklists, detailed videos or photos, and product descriptions to help you assess your purchase before shipping.

 

Upon Receiving Shipment
We understand the importance of verifying product quality. To accommodate this, we allow the inspection of a small number of units from your order:

  • Inspection Limit: You may open and inspect one unit or two units from the batch, the exact number and type of units for inspection will be agreed before shipment. This unit will not be eligible for return or exchange. 

  • Conditions: Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange (excluding the inspection unit). If unsatisfied with the product quality or consistency, you may request to switch from your current supplier provided by Chisuki to an alternative supplier within our network.

 

RETURN & EXCHANGE

1. Eligibility
Exchanges or replacements are available if:

  • Products differ significantly from what was agreed upon.

  • A documented quality or specification issue is identified.

  • Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order with clear documentation, including photos or videos.

  • Products must remain unopened, unused, and in their original packaging to qualify for a return or exchange (excluding the inspection unit).

  • Exchanges can only be made for items in the same product range unless a new agreement is made.

2. Faulty Products

  • Returns or exchanges for faulty products will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any products that have been opened, worn, tampered with, or removed from their original packaging (excluding the inspection unit) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene reasons.

 

Shipping Responsibility

  • Chisuki is not responsible for loss or damage during shipping. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns or exchanges.

  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a fault on our part.

Due to the hygienic nature of hair extensions, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for hair extension products. This policy complies with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which allows exceptions for hygiene-sensitive items once the packaging is opened.

TOOLS AND NON-HAIR PRODUCTS

1. Consumer Rights

  • These items are covered under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, protecting your rights as a retail customer.

2. Return & Exchange Conditions

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for returns or exchanges.
  • Returns or exchanges can be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Faulty or Damaged Products

  • If you receive a faulty or damaged item, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos or videos documenting the issue, and we will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund as required under EU law.

 

4. Custom Orders

Custom retail orders are non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your custom order before it is shipped, you may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will provide you with the details of the cancellation fee at the time of cancellation.
