Fees for consultancy services are non-refundable due to the collaborative and personalized nature of the work. Early termination forfeits any right to partial deliverables, as the strategies and insights developed are tailored to the project as a whole and require full completion to provide value.

Chisuki reserves the right to suspend or terminate services if:

6. Fees and Payments

Retail purchases: Hair and non-hair tools are governed by Chisuki’s Retail Policy, available on this website, under Returns & Exchanges.
Wholesale purchases: Wholesale orders for hair extensions, hair care products, tools, and other business materials, are subject to Chisuki’s Wholesale Policy, also available on this website, under Returns & Exchanges.
