Cancellation Policy

At Chisuki, we offer a complimentary discovery call to better understand your business needs and determine how our services align with your goals. To ensure the call is productive and mutually beneficial, we’ve outlined the following guidelines: Duration: Each discovery call is limited to 30 minutes to respect both parties’ time and focus on key priorities. Preparation: Prior to the call, we encourage you to provide any relevant details about your business, such as current challenges, goals, or areas of interest. This allows us to tailor the conversation to your needs. Scope: The call will not include in-depth consultations, strategy development, or detailed advice. These services are offered as part of our paid consulting programs. Rescheduling and Cancellations: If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to allow us to accommodate other clients. Eligibility: Free discovery calls are limited to one per prospective client.
